02 · The installation

If it's a fit, I build the engine. Audit, on-brand template system, the five core flows live, sign-up forms, promo calendar. Four to six weeks. This is the foundation everything else compounds on.

03 · The run

Then I run it. Campaigns, optimisation, segmentation, testing, reporting. Month after month, the flows earn more and the list gets more valuable. That's the whole model.

I'm a designer who learned revenue, which is a rarer combination than it sounds. Most email people can build a flow but can't make it look like your brand.
